Paper or plastic? Same
ol' question, but what's the answer? No doubt our over
packaged world is filling our trashcans and dumpsters over the
top every week, and the strain on our landfills and
municipal incinerators isn't anything new. And let's not
forget the time and effort we spend managing this useless trash,
and the burden we place on our refuse haulers to make it
disappear!
Paperorplastic.com recognizes the impact that packaging
practices of today has on the Earth as a whole. Of equal importance is the impact it has on our own personal
environment. As mentioned before, the time and effort we
put into packaging, un-packaging, collecting, disposing,
burning, shredding, and wadding up useless materials, could be
spent doing something else or nothing at all.
So the question still remains: Paper or Plastic? There isn't
one simple answer. But consider trying one of several
alternatives. No bag, reusing store bags from previous visits,
or even an old cardboard box or crate. If none of those appeal
to your tastes, try one of our reusable bags!
